LA OLA Y EL MAR
Érase una vez una pequeña ola que vivía muy alegre junto a otras olas, mar adentro. Le gustaba mucho saltar y disfrutar de la compañía de las demás olas. Tenía fama de ser alegre y divertida. Un día unas corrientes marinas fueron desplazando a la ola hacia la costa y, mientras se iba acercando a ella, nuestra ola se iba entristeciendo hasta llegar al desconsuelo. El hecho es que, durante uno de sus saltos, observó que las compañeras que iban delante de ella terminaban rompiéndose contra el acantilado, o bien desaparecían en la orilla de la playa fundiéndose con la arena; otras veces, debido al reflujo marino, eran desplazadas hacia otras costas. Muy entristecida, la ola se volvió hacia su mejor amiga que jugaba intentando asustar a una bandada de gaviotas: - Eres muy ignorante. Estás jugando y divirtiéndote y no te das cuenta de que dentro de poco, cuando la corriente nos lleve hacia la costa, desapareceremos para siempre y ya no nos volveremos a ver más. Su amiga le respondió: - Ignorancia la tuya, ola. No sólo vamos a desaparecer sino que estaremos juntas siempre, porque entre todas nosotras formamos este mar que va y viene.
